Students who are interested in clinical experience must be at least 18 years old. We do our best to accommodate a variety of disciplines, but spots are very limited. Interested students should submit this form for review.

Thank you for your interest and we look forward to hearing from you!

Students

Students 18 and older are welcome here at ECHO! We strive to accommodate a variety of disciplines for clinical experiences and community education, and offer enriching, fulfilling experiences for students!

Please note there is no guarantee your request will be accommodated, even if you have a referral. Our spots are very limited due to the high frequency of requests. If you are selected, HR will contact you with next steps.

Interested students must fill out this form. No other contact will be accepted.

The student is responsible for knowing if there is an MOU in place and providing their school’s basic MOU for admin signature and review if necessary. The MOU must be signed by both parties prior to the start of any clinical experience.

On behalf of our entire organization, thank you for considering ECHO for your clinical experience!

Cohort applications are available on the ANE-NPR website.

ECHO is an approved NHSC site. This is not a direct benefit of ECHO.

Volunteer

ECHO welcomes volunteers and makes every effort to match the volunteer’s skills and available time with projects and tasks. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. To volunteer, contact Emily Jacobs at ejacobs@echochc.org or 812-602-2154 to arrange for an interview and/or complete the application below. You can mail or fax (812-421-7494).

At the interview, you learn about the history of our clinic, our commitment to respecting confidentiality and patient’s rights, and what sort of takes might be best suited for the individual’s skills. Training is individualized on the needs and projects but all volunteers are trained on signing in/out, safety and fire regulations, HIPAA, confidentiality, and the phone system. We look forward to hearing from you today to begin your rewarding volunteer experience!
